U.S. Cellular Hello Better

I switched to U.S. Cellular from another wireless carrier I was with for over 15 years.  At first it was more of an emergency type phone for me.  And over the years, I needed more minutes.  Last year, we had times of family crisis.  My brother suddenly passed away and a few months later, my mom had a stroke (2 weeks after my emergency appendectomy).  My minutes were really adding up, going over my plan, but I had to be in touch with a lot of family members.  My husband had been a U.S. Cellular customer for years and persuaded me to go to a U.S. Cellular Store to check it out.  I really wanted to keep my same number.  We had a wonderful person help us through my switch and I am so glad I did.

U.S. Cellular is launching a new campaign:  Hello Better:

• U.S. Cellular is encouraging people to say goodbye to dysfunctional wireless relationships and say hello to a better experience. Goodbye neglect, hello respect.

• In addition to passionate associates, U.S. Cellular provides customers with unique benefits such as the industry’s only points-based rewards program, no contract after the first contract ends, free incoming calls and texts, free Overage Protection and free Battery Swap for your device.

• U.S. Cellular believes that people deserve better. A mobile phone is supposed to make life simpler and easier to get things done. Your relationship with your wireless carrier should be the same.

Check out U.S. Cellular Wireless Plans to see what they have to offer.  They also offer a U.S. Cellular rewards plan.
